By accessing betbazar, registering a player account, or using any feature of our platform — including but not limited to the casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this agreement.

These Terms apply to all players accessing betbazar from Bangladesh, including those accessing the platform via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application associated with betbazar. The platform is operated for the entertainment of adults. Use of betbazar by minors is strictly prohibited.

betbazar reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betbazar will notify registered players via the email address on file. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an active account on betbazar, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betbazar is an adults-only platform. Playing or wagering by persons under 18 is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a breach of law in applicable jurisdictions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be accessing betbazar from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of betbazar is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of betbazar or any of its affiliated partners, game providers, or technology suppliers.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from betbazar or had your account closed for breach of these Terms.

betbazar employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at betbazar's discretion in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.

Each individual may hold one account only on betbazar. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods are used — is a material breach of these Terms. betbazar uses automated and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon discovery, with any outstanding balances subject to review.

When registering on betbazar, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. betbazar is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided at registration.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your betbazar account that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by betbazar, as an additional security layer.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately by contacting support@betbazar.

betbazar will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from betbazar that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our security team.

betbazar reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement) before processing any withdrawal or at any other time at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

betbazar supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve Bangladesh players. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are subject to change and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Bank transfer minimum deposits may vary and will be displayed in the cashier. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your betbazar account within minutes, though delays attributable to the payment provider are outside betbazar's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. You must have completed any applicable identity verification before a withdrawal can be approved. betbazar aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a few hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending account verification checks.

Currency: All transactions on betbazar are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). If a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. betbazar does not accept liability for any conversion losses.

• betbazar does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside betbazar's control.
• betbazar is not liable for losses arising from delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions will be suspended pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities if appropriate.
• betbazar complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Any transaction deemed suspicious may be investigated and frozen while that investigation is ongoing.

betbazar offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time it is offered. In addition, the following general bonus conditions apply to all betbazar promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus-derived funds remain non-withdrawable.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated time limit will be automatically removed from your account. No extension will be granted after expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated, only one active bonus may be held at any time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• Maximum Bonus Win Cap: Where stated, a maximum win cap may apply to the use of bonus funds. Any winnings derived from bonus play that exceed the stated cap will be removed upon withdrawal request.
• Abuse of Bonuses: betbazar monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance play strategies designed purely to meet wagering requirements. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have promotional access suspended or withdrawn without notice.

betbazar reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player, provided the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.

By using betbazar, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited on betbazar and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on betbazar under any identity or combination of details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using betbazar while under the age of 18 or on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access or interact with betbazar games, betting markets, or payment systems.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in betbazar's platform or any game provided through it, whether knowingly or recklessly.
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through betbazar.
• Using betbazar to fund, facilitate, or conceal any illegal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward betbazar staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any betbazar software or system.

betbazar operates a zero-tolerance policy toward cheating, fraud, and abuse. Where prohibited conduct is identified, betbazar will take all appropriate remedial action, including account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

All content available on betbazar — including but not limited to the betbazar brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game assets, promotional materials, software code, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of betbazar or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use betbazar solely for your personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership and does not grant you any rights to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the betbazar platform or its content.
• Use the betbazar brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner without express written consent.
• Distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any betbazar content.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from betbazar for commercial or non-personal purposes.

Game content accessible through betbazar is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios and their licensors.

betbazar provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, betbazar does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betbazar and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of betbazar.
• Any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity failures that are outside betbazar's direct control.
• Any loss arising from a third-party payment provider's failure, delay, or error in processing a deposit or withdrawal.
• Any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials, resulting in unauthorised access.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

betbazar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your betbazar account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betbazar's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your betbazar account at any time by contacting our support team at support@betbazar. Before processing your closure request, betbazar will verify your identity and ensure any pending withdrawal requests are settled. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following verification. Bonus balances and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension or Closure by betbazar: betbazar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or account sharing.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or verification.
• Abusive conduct toward betbazar staff or other players.
• Any other conduct that betbazar, in its sole judgement, considers harmful to the platform, its players, or its operations.

Where an account is closed by betbazar due to breach of these Terms, betbazar reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with its anti-fraud and AML obligations, pending investigation. Players who disagree with a closure decision may submit a formal complaint to support@betbazar.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a voluntary self-exclusion via our Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

betbazar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes of a material nature are made, betbazar will notify registered players by email using the address associated with their account. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players) may be made without direct notification.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at /terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time a new version is published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to remain aware of the version currently in force.

Your continued use of betbazar following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using betbazar and contact support@betbazar to close your account and arrange the return of any outstanding real-money balance.

These Terms, together with the betbazar Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and betbazar with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements.
